Mission Project Cyber LLC is led by Ricardo Ruiz Carrasquillo, a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class with extensive experience in military leadership, cybersecurity, information technology, and defense program management. His career includes supporting Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Dynamics, and ManTech in roles spanning ISSO, ISSM, Project Lead, Project Manager, and Control Account Manager (CAM).
My background in federal cybersecurity, Department of Defense (DoD) operations, and project management is supported by industry-recognized professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and CompTIA Security+ CE.
These credentials, combined with my experience in military leadership, federal cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and complex program execution, provide the technical expertise and mission-focused leadership I bring to every engagement.
